JMRHS parents and guardians may now submit updates to their contact information in Infinite Campus using the form below. Please use this form to request changes to your phone number or email address. Only one submission per parent or guardian is needed, even if you have multiple students enrolled at JMRHS.

All approved updates will be processed within three (3) business days of submission. A valid photo ID must be uploaded before any changes can be made to a student’s Infinite Campus account.

Please note: Address changes cannot be submitted through this form. Address updates must be made through the Scribbles website using the “In District Re-Enrollment” application and must include the required documentation.
